Principal's Message!
“The journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step.”

It gives me immense pleasure and privilege that the  Government Degree College Karsog has carved a niche among the best Government Colleges of Himachal Pradesh. The dedicated staff, motivated students and committed administration have been instrumental in bringing holistic development to students. All curricular and co-curricular activities aligns with realizing twenty-first-century life skills.

Our life is as good as our mindset and attitude. Be in control of your life by choosing a positive attitude which will result in the right actions. Success is never final and failure is never fatal, it is the courage that counts. On this note, I wish all students and faculty members success in all their endeavours. I wish you all a bright, disciplined and successful career ahead.

An Alumni association is an association of graduates or, more broadly, of former students. This association often organize social events, publishes newsletters or magazines, and raises funds for the organization. Many provide a variety of benefits and services that help alumni maintain connections to their educational institution and fellow graduates.

One of the main purposes of the alumni association is to support a network of former Students who will, in turn, help to raise the profile of the college. Just like most other college student organizations, old student associations aim to bring together like-minded individuals.

This community shares their experience in the outside world, which they face after stepping out of the institution.

The Alumni association network connects the old students with several professional contacts and other graduates from the college.

Reunion

In 2012 a reunion function was organised by the association to refresh all the memories again and to stay connected with all the fellow students from the past.
