Grievance Redressal Cell is an essential part of any college. It provides a secure and contented environment to all its staff and students. Under this, a committee has been formed in the college as per the UGC guidelines to redress the grievances of staff and students and take necessary steps immediately. The Committee functions under the direct purview of the principal. The grievances redressal cell has been developed to settle the grievances of the students and other stakeholders within a reasonable period for further strengthening the bond of the students with the institution by providing them with all kinds of facilities to a satisfaction level for maintaining a convenient ambience of academic teaching and learning. The students can state their grievances regarding any academic and non-academic matter. The college website furnishes a mechanism for addressing student grievances through the Contact Us tab being reflected on the home page of the college website. Grievances are collected in gckarsog-hp@nic.in email id. The email id is regularly visited by the Grievance Redressal Cell members and any grievance reported is handled & replied to accordingly. Grievances are also communicated on the college landline number, 01907-222116 and through the applications.
